Hey there, thanks for choosing us! We totally get it if you change your mind about your purchase. Here’s how we can make returns smooth and straightforward for you.

30 Days of Think-Over Time

You’ve got 30 days from when your goodies arrive to decide if they’re keepers. If not, we’re here to help sort out a return.

Just a Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Keep It Just Like New: For a return to be eligible, your item should be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Kicking Off a Return:

  • Hit Us Up: Start by shooting an email to refunds@dynamicpurellc.com.
  • Return Instructions: If we give the green light, we’ll send over a return shipping label and details on how to send your item back.
  • A Heads-Up: Please wait for our okay before sending anything back. Returns without our prior approval can’t be accepted.

Not Quite Right?

Got something defective, damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us asap. We’re here to fix it for you.

The Nitty-Gritty on Shipping & Fees:

  • Shipping’s on You: Return shipping costs need to be covered by you.
  • Restocking Fee: There’s a 15% restocking fee for returns. Because keeping our shelves stocked and ready is a bit of work.
  • Unopened = Refundable: Only items that haven’t been opened are eligible for a refund.
  • Opened Items: If you’ve opened or used it, we can’t accept a return. Gotta keep things fair and square.

Switching It Up? Exchange It:

Easiest way to swap? Return the original item (just follow the steps above) and then make a new purchase for the item you want.

Refund Time:

We’ll let you know once your return has been inspected. If approved, your refund (minus any fees) goes back to your original payment method. Just a heads up, it might take a bit for your bank or card to show the refund.
